Visse (CV: Okamoto Nobuhiko) the pianist of the Royal Orchestra. He loves cats and is usually quiet but always strives to play the piano perfectly.
Lied encounters Vissie yet again feeding Soprano to his cat. Vissie tells her he intends to find a home for the kittens that the cat he was taking care of had. He promised Hart he’d find them a family since he can’t take care of the cats and keep up with practice at the same time. So he starts wondering what exactly Soprano is to Lied and she explains that he’s family to her. Vissie thinks thats nice then suddenly asks her where babies come from. Lied doesn’t know how to answer so Soprano tells him to stfu since he should know lmao.
Lied ends up falling asleep in Vissie’s room and wakes up to find herself sleeping with Vissie asleep beside her. She can’t get up due to him holding her so she decides to sleep a bit more before getting up. So after that, Visse, Clavier, Dee, and Lied all gather in Clavier’s room to discuss where they can find a home for the kittens. When Visse suddenly disappears they realize he’s under the kotatsu. Lied tries to stop Clavier but he then dramatically flips it to reveal Visse with all of them complaining how cold it is without the kotatsu lmao. 😂 Visse tells Lied its okay because he didn’t look and Lied is all WHAT IS???? (probably talking about her underwear lmaooo).
In the end, Hart takes over the matter and they make flyers with drawings of cats on them to spread around town lol. While Lied and Visse do so in town they notice a baby crying because their balloon was stuck in a tree. Visse decides to try and climb up and grab it but he ends up popping it instead. After feeling disappointed with himself he goes to the hilltop with Lied. After looking at a camera he thinks about when he first came to the orchestra as the only pianist in the group. Thanks to this, he stumbles after accidentally taking a photo of Lied and she ends up toppling on top of him. She asks if he’s okay and starts panicking. He starts laughing since he’s fine and that her nose is red because she fell. He tries to take pictures of it lol and she tells him that she’s had a lot of fun with him.
The next morning Lied has a dream where she wakes up next to Visse who keeps turning into different things. First he turns into a cat and then he turns into a nun. He tells her he has bigger boobs than her but she tells him she knows he has bread hidden in his chest lmaoooo. He says now that he’s become a woman he can take a bath with her. Suddenly he starts saying that he’ll become anything so she doesn’t hate him. Its then she wakes up with Visse already awake next to her and realizes it was all a dream.
Meanwhile, Visse tells Lied he’s been taking pictures of the kittens as they grow since Hart’s drawings are so bad lmao. So while Visse is practicing for his performance to be “perfect” Lied decides to take him to her orphanage to meet everyone there. He ends up playing ball and hide and seek with the children there. After that, Visse admits it made him anxious to be around other people but he still didn’t mind it. She ends up holding hands with him randomly and he asks how she knew he wanted to hold hands lmao.
One day Lied walks into Visse’s room to find him dressed like a nun (just like in her dream lmao). Apparently one of the nuns who was to perform on the piano got sick so they decided to make Visse go in her stead as a nun. On their way there, Lied goes with Visse since Bianca is busy. They end up encounter a drunk guy and Lied tries to protect Visse from him. Visse ends up kicking his ass anyway and when Lied shows concern for Visse, he gets salty she doesn’t see him as a guy and decides to kabe-don her against a wall. He reassures him he’s a guy but Lied tells him he’s cute.
He accepts that but tells her he probably shouldn’t say he’s “cute” when he’s got her pressed against a wall. He then asks to kiss her, claiming she’s wanted to anyway and that he’ll be hee first. Just as he’s about to though he stops and pinches her nose. He admits that even he can read the mood and wouldn’t do that where they are now. So he reassures her he’s a guy and to not do things like that again but instead call him “Muscle Visse” lmaoo. After they reach the cathedral, the performance is a huge success.
Arushe is able to gather a crowd of people interested in adopting Visse’s kittens. When in the theater, Visse feels anxious with so many people but realizes he has everyone in the orchestra to support him. Thanks to this, Visse manages to find a family for all of his kittens while also managing to speak to people other than the orchestra. The next day, Visse is much more happy than usual and takes a surprise picture of Lied. He suddenly gets closer and Lied gets more embarrassed but he’s all, “I like you and you like me so, why not??” After Lied changes the subject, he remembers he wanted to take her somewhere. They end up near the docks since Visse wanted to go fishing to get fish for the mother cat that keeps leaving his room at night.
As they fish for a while, Visse falls asleep next to Lied. Suddenly a man appears who says he’s Visse’s father. He tells Lied to stop putting him in “light” since he was meant to play in “darkness” and isn’t like the rest of them. He leaves after pulling out a gun and throwing flyers from the orchestra into the water. After that, Lied tries to play the piano in the theater while thinking of Visse. Visse appears and ends up scaring her but sits down next to her. As Lied tries to play the piano again, Visse talks about his past. How is mother used to play but got worse as time went on so she forced Visse to play as well as she did. And when she died, his dad came to hate him. Lied starts crying so Visse comforts her by holding her close and telling her she has nothing to feel bad over and then kisses her.
After that, Lied tells everyone about Visse’s father who is the chief of the police. They believe it would be best to try and somehow express Visse’s feelings to his dad somehow. So they decide to lure the police to the orchestra so Tristan, Visse’s father, will come. He talks about how the death of his wife is the orchestra’s fault and how Visse has to continue to play a requriem. Suddenly darkness surrounds Visse and Tristan tells them to stop. In a flashback, Tristen and Kaya (Visse’s mother) would often meet even Kaya wasn’t allowed to leave the mansion. She had to strictly play the piano and even the child she bore she would teach to play the piano better than herself.
In a flashback, Kaya is overworked and continues to play even while she’s pregnant with Visse. In the present, the darkness starts to consume Visse again. Tristen then reveals that the child that he had with Kaya wasn’t born and she had to cut him off part of her body…? (I was so confused by this lol) so she made her promise to make Visse a better pianist no matter what. Tristan explains that he kept tabs on Visse by becoming the police chief of Shall. If Visse starts to play badly and not perfectly, he’ll be forgotten and share the same fate as his mother. So Tristan wanted Visse to be kept in the dark.
Suddenly Tristan is shot and Visse’s personality flips like a switch. He starts saying how he found the “light” he was looking for and goes bananas. He starts confusing Dee and Clavier by making them reveal the darkness within them and slashing them with his scythe. Then he does the same to Arushe. Lastly, just as he’s about to finish off Hart, he stabs himself and Visse yells out in shock but then starts laughing. After that, Bianca and Rudolph contact each other with no memories of anyone in the orchestra. They reveal that Tristan is alive in the hospital but have no idea who shot him and why they feel like they’re forgetting something.
Meanwhile, Lied wakes up in the clock tower with (a now yandere) Visse who has her chained to a chair. She immediately brings up Hart and the others but he disregards it and acts like he doesn’t know of their existence. When she tries to push further, he gets more aggressive. He gives her a “reward” for keeping quiet and forces a kiss on her. Lied keeps telling him its all wrong though but he refuses to listen. After that, Lied falls asleep and wakes up in the white world in her dream. Hart and the others are all there since its where they ended up and where everything else thats “erased” ends up. So Lied talks with everyone for a plan to make Visse wake up with giving him “darkness”.
So back with Lies, she struggles to get her handcuffs off to the point where her hands start bleeding. Visse tells her to stop and uncuffs her. However, Lied goes up to the window and tells Visse she loves him, which is why she must leave him. She jumps out the window and Visse flips his shit and runs down the clock tower. He starts to despair and realize he’s wrong and its his fault everyone is gone. After he cries up a storm, he hears Hart voice and everyone else. They all appear fine and tell him that they never killed them. Lied herself faked her “death” and apologizes for it but slaps Visse and gives him a wake up call for acting craycray 😃
Thats when Visse finally realizes his mother wanted him to live more than anything even to give her life up for him to. Everyone confirms that they’re family and Visse thanks them all before crying all over again in Lied’s arms. Finally, his cat comes back who led Lied and everyone out of that world in the first place and Rudolph appears to let them know that Tristan has regained consciousness. After that, Visse and Lied visit Kaya’s grave. Visse suddenly suggests that he and Lied should have 500 kids lmao. Suddenly Tristan appears and bonks Visse on the hand for saying something so dumb lmao. After that, Visse compares Lied to a cat saying she’s cute and wants to pet her lmaoo. He then changes from wanting 500 kids to 1500 omgggg.
Thoughts: dis boy seem so innocent and quiet w/ his kitties but little do you know he’s actually lewd af. I actually thought Visse was hilarious at times like wanting 1500 I just… chill bro you’ll get your family. As for plot Visse actually surprised me the most because I did not expect to get a yandere side of him but damn Lied actually took some drastic action in that moment. Most heroines kinda just sit and take it but I like how Lied actually puts forth an effort to make him WAKE UP (even slaps his sorry ass) instead of leaving him to make her his blowup doll. I hate yandere stuff so I was happy to see Lied make him snap out of it. Although for him it was more he lost his sense of reality and he literally had to have “darkness” inside him to cope since he’s essentially like Apostle I guess… who’s an embodiment of darkness.
